Fighting Humbaba with Chopsticks

So I got a new machine on the weekend. For those not in the know, that means a new computer. I hooked up a dual core system from Memory Express, with SATA across the board. I haven't had to put together a machine in almost 2 years, and I'm a little rusty, apparently I picked the ultimate bronco to test my rusty riding skills against.
The real bitch of putting together a computer for me is that I have giant hands. I know of only one person with bigger hands then me. So attempting to connect a tiny power connection once i'd had it all put together, by snaking my giant meathook through all the other cables, was not an easy thing to pull off.
The other real kick in the nuts with new systems is that they don't support SATA natively. I came close to sacrificing a live chicken over the machine to force the SATA mojo onto it, but fortunately worked out a less disgusting/potentially illegal solution. Once i've got a 64bit version of windows up and running, I'll be laughing.
