Google Video Vid-bits
by Ian Harding
So I have to say... Google Videos have become the thing to do when I'm bored. There always seems to be some kind of uniqueness (did I spell that right) on there... Here are a few videos that I have found interesting in the past little while.
1) Zack Kim - Things like this interest me, strictly because of how odd they are. I mean, who learns to play two guitars at the same time?! Pretty cool. The guy has over ten videos that are all pretty neat. He is a little off on some timing, but overall, the idea sells.
2) This is just... odd... but I like the intro tunes. AND, the girl at the end who says "Oh no she is not. ... I wanna know, I wanna know!"
3) Jackie Guerrido videos always make my day. Here's another, and another, AND another... .... and... another
4) Ignoring the music... and focusing on the video.... put yourself into the seat behind the video camera. When the royal blue Gallardo Spyder rolls up, all I can say is... wow. The sound of those cars taking off makes me want to... well... nevermind. There are a few supercar videos on here, including this one, of a Murcielago laying rubber on a race track and a Ferrari taking off, well, on a road.
5) This is just plain cool. A new game for the computer that is in the works, Spore is another embryo of the man who created the Sims games. This game may actually be the reason why I buy a PC computer. VERY cool.
6) Here is a video for all you Foosball fans out there. A few tricks to practice.
7) And finally, the kind of video I enjoy watching. This is a time-lapsed video of the construction of an Airbus A380 Jetliner. I enjoy watching videos and television shows like this because it's the kind of thing that everyday people such as myself take for granted. We all take flights, drive cars, and use telephones on a regular basis. But, but how are these things built? This video of the Airbus construction tells me that some people devote a significant portion of their lives simply towards the creation of... stuff. Things. Things that make our lives "easier".
Anyway, I thought I would toss up a few vids that caught my eye. I hope you enjoy.
