The Xbox 360 is big. Rarely does gaming enter the mainstream media’s consciousness; however, over the past two weeks we have experienced a round of hype that is unprecedented in the gaming world. For good reason, no longer are consoles being targeted towards children via their parental proxies. Microsoft, Sony and to a lesser (much lesser) extent Nintendo are going straight to the young and now not-so-young adults with disposable income to burn.
We at R4NT have been following the development of the next generation consoles, with specific attention to the Xbox 360 for the last couple of months. Thus, we are pleased to give you some of the official pictures of the Xbox 360 console – straight from Microsoft. The images include new console and controller pictures, demo-shots of the Xbox Live pages and a screen-cap of Project Gotham Racing 3 with some crazy detail.
