Best Beers?

Ok, so there are going to be lots of people with their own ideas of what is the best beer. Microbrews are in, megabrews are out. Cask-brewed is good strong stuff. Ale is good for people who have an intolerance to wheat (seriously!).

Therefore, you'd THINK the people at RateBeer.com would kinda know what they are talking about.

Two thirds of the best beer in the world is from the US? Uhhhh. Hmmm. (Ok granted ratebeer.com is a US centric site but still) I bet the Germans and Belgians would have something to say about that. Canada's two contribution is a Quebec beer I have never heard of and Sleemans. Like Sleemans is ok but best in the world (or best in Canada for that matter). At least Bud isn't in there.

Best Beer in the world? It probably isn't from San Diego.
