Cook up them steaks good n’stuff

Since BBQ season is officially on our hands (to be quite honest it’s always BBQ season for me), I figure I’d quickly pass on the word of my tried and true steak marinade.

  • Steak (I’m a fan of Top Sirloin, affordable and tasty)
  • Vinegar
  • Ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce (otherwise knows as woooooster sauce)
  • Garlic, lots o’ garlic
  • Canola Oil
  • Montreal Steak Spice (this is key)

Mash all that stuff up (I normally just toss it on the steaks in a bowl) and let it sit for a bit. If you really want it to take, slap that cognation up the night before and put it in the fridge.

Light it up. Meeeeeeeeeeeeat is good for you!
