Built R4NT's credibility through interview-based music journalism and first-person travel writing during the magazine's most ambitious years (2004–2007), then grew into a curator and platform host as digital media reshaped what a regional publication could be. Lasting contribution: demonstrating that a Calgary indie magazine could land real conversations with internationally working underground artists — and could keep at it for a decade.
