Croctrack!

"On July 13, 2005, a 4.2m male Crocodylus porosus (that's a croc to us) was captured in the Adelaide River, 100km east of Darwin, Australia. A satellite transmitter was attached to it in an attempt to better understand any movement patterns it may exhibit. The crocodile was affectionately named "Sputnik"."
And now you too can track that croc.

The researchers, being good Aussies, keep track of Sputnik as he cruises the river. You can see that on August 7th, he went on a road trip. Maybe to find a female croc, or maybe to find some Fosters - we just don't know. And that's why Croctrack is both exciting and informative.
You heard about it here first.
Croctrack.
