iStockphoto = Sold

Apparently yesterday iStockphoto was sold to Getty Images for about $50 million...

I for one think that Getty got a bargain, especially when you look at the sheer size of iStock these days. Secondly I think iStock has been slippin in the past 6 months or so, and I'm sure this new partnership will reinvigorate their product (have you tried searching thru all the crap lately?)..

I won't be surprised to see the sale prices of each image at least double in the next year...
