HTFR Surprise

So I think we've heard a lot of bitching lately about customer service (see the Air Canada discussion going on here). But today I had an experience that actually put a smile on my face!

Hard to Find Records from the UK sends me catalogs all the time regarding vinyl and dj equipment. Their selection is quite extensive, yet I've always kinda shied away from ordering since it's in Pounds... But after getting this I'm going to take a serious second thought.

Not entirely because of the promotion but more of the fact that they actually have put together a plan in place to show that they might remotely care about my business. Just awesome. (Also I love the tongue and cheek writing style). :)
