Least User Friendly Website Ever?

Ok well, maybe not ever ever... but the Toronto Transit Commission's website is up there among the worst.
First off it looks like it was designed by a high school student in 1998. That little ticker on the top was fancy in '97 when flashing "new" graphics were all the rage (you know what I am talking about).
Then what do they use the middle of the page for? A big banner type button saying: "TTC launches search for new Chief Executive". Wow! I'm sure that is what most people come to the website for...
And what the hell is the entire righ column of links about - city of Toronto maps (which takes you to a link for another link to aerial maps of Toronto - it's called maps.google.ca people!), "Transit City" which is a button that you can't tell what it does, "Special Constable Services" - what is this? A link for people who want to be constables or what? Then a button for Toronto Crime Stoppers (wtf is that doing taking up valuable real estate), then at the bottom "Waterfront West Streetcars", "TTC Auctions" and "Selling to the TTC". USELESS!
God. I was looking for a map of the subway stops. Where are the maps? Where are the route times? Ohhhh under the left hand side drop down menus. But not under "TTC Information" - no that has useless information like "All about the TTC", "Lost Articles" and "Filming on TTC Properties". USELESS.
Oh there they are under "TTC Service" - "Route Maps". But that link just takes me to another page from which I need to click on another link to get a PDF, but there are 4 different PDFs. So I click on the "Subway/RT Route Map" link. Wrong!!!! That just brings me to the "cartoon" style graphic that you get on the ceiling of all subways showing the order of the stops. That doesn't help when I wanted to see which stop is closest to a certain road. For that you need to click on "Downtown Routes" and download a different PDF.
Phew. Found it. The answer is Osgoode.
The TTC website is as useless as their service. And that is pretty useless.
